If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the delivered website based on the agreed requirements, we offer a 7-day, no questions asked refund from the date of final delivery.

🔐 Key Conditions for Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of project delivery.

• Refunds are applicable only if the work is not as per the discussed and agreed scope at the start of the project.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@outreachrz.com.

• The client must clearly state the reason for dissatisfaction for internal review (though no justification is required for refund approval).

🚫 Non-Refundable Charges

The following costs are non-refundable:

• Domain registration charges

• Hosting charges

• Applicable GST or government taxes

• Any third-party services purchased on your behalf

💸 Mode of Refund

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer/etc.) within 5–7 business days of approval.

• This policy is valid for first-time full website or landing page design projects only.

• Revisions, redesigns, or add-on features post delivery are not eligible for refund.

• Clients who opt for “Pay After Delivery” are still entitled to request a refund within 7 days after receiving the completed work.
